The number of Directors shall be nine consisting of the immediate past president, President, a Vice-president, a secretary, a treasurer, and four (4) other directors. Representation on the Board shall be as follows:

Elected board seats: 9 total:
Teacher: 2 seats (overlapping terms)
Student: 2 seats (overlapping terms))
Higher education: 1
Community: 1
Business: 1
Parent: 1
Administrator/ADOBE: 1 (appointed by ADOBE)

Each director shall hold office for two years and until his successor shall have been elected and qualified. One-half the members of the Board of Directors shall be elected every other year at the annual meeting of members. No member shall be eligible to serve more than two consecutive terms on the Board of Directors.
